As a resident renting through M&S Asset Management, did you know that you are earning credit towards the purchase of a home? That's right! Simply make your rental payment on time and each month you receive credit towards the future purchase of a home!

As a full service brokerage, we help people buy homes as well as find rental homes. We have 25 Realtors in our office ready and able to help. Whether this is your first home or you have bought before, our Realtors have the skills, knowledge and experience to help you get the home you want at the best price possible.

For each month you make your rental payment on time, you will earn a credit equal to 5% of your monthly rent. You can earn a credit up to 1% of the total sales price of a home. Use it to reduce the price, reduce closing costs or add upgrades . It can be for any house you decide to buy. In order to receive the credit, you must use an M&S Realty Services agent and must notify your property manager liaison when you decide the time is right to buy. Certain restrictions apply so check for details.

Every month you will receive an email notice confirming that you have earned an additional 5% credit for your successful rental payment. Every quarter, you will also receive a statement mailed to you containing your accrued credit balance you have available. For more details, download the Home Buyer Club Home Ownership Addenda below.
