About Wright Property Group
As a local San Antonio full service residential real estate brokerage, Wright Property Group assists people everyday in buying, selling and leasing homes and properties throughout Bexar County. We are also proud to offer property management services and have decades of experience in making sure your property is well maintained and cared for.
Our lead broker, Wayne Marinik, earned a Texas Real Estate license in 1994 and his Broker’s license in 2002. His development of his own independent brokerage was built on a hard work ethic, attention to detail and focus on the client. He and his team have helped many investors find strong opportunities in San Antonio that yielded consistent returns. They also work with individuals buying or selling their primary residences in order to help them get them move through to the next chapter in their life.

Wayne Marinik is a 1994 Texas A&M University graduate and attained his Texas Real Estate License in 1995. He worked for a number of Fortune 100 Companies in Sales Management while investing in real estate. He earned his Texas Real Estate Brokers License in 2002 and made investing his full time career. He relied on two key components to help grow the company. A strong construction background he earned while growing up in the construction industry and a hard work ethic which helped him attain his Eagle Scout rank at an early age. In 2005, when launching the property management group, he personally owned 8 homes and 2 fourplexes in Northeast and Northwest San Antonio.

Danielle joined our company in 2015 and brings with her a wealth of knowledge gained from years of experience in the banking and customer service field. Danielle brings a strong work ethic and organizational skills to bear. As our Operations Manager, Danielle is responsible for the general oversight of our streamlined communication with both buyers and sellers as well as making sure things stay on track.

Paulina joined our company in 2022 and is bringing her commitment to service and communication to work for the team. She has a degree from University of Guadalajara as an Interior Designer. All her knowledge was built by working in the property management field for the past 4 years where she gained experience in the financial, maintenance coordination, leasing and administrative areas.

Brittany joined our company in 2023. She brings with her a vast experience in the customer service field and a drive for helping tenants and owners alike. Brittany earned her real estate license in 2014 after completing her bachelor's degree from Texas State University. As our property manager, Brittany is responsible for marketing, showing and leasing our properties as they become available. She also spearheads our social media presence and owner communication during the time we are working to find new tenants for one of our properties.

She brings with her eight years of experience from a co-working startup, where she excelled in both sales and operations, showcasing her adaptability and problem-solving skills. Tara earned her Business Management degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio. As a Communications Manager, she manages communication for a large portfolio of residential properties in San Antonio, ensuring consistent and effective interactions.
